Meet the Carlson-Tillisch Team

Dr. Downs was born in Estherville, Iowa and was raised in Butterfield, Minnesota.  He graduated from St. John's University with a degree in Biology.  He graduated from Indiana University School of Optometry in 2002.

Dr. Downs enjoys providing the highest quality eye care to patients of all ages. Dr. Downs is trained to provide full-scope optometry.  He is a member of the Minnesota Optometric Association, American Optometric Association and past President of the South Central Minnesota Optometry Society.

Dr. Lach was born in Minot, North Dakota. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. John's University in 1995. He graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry, Forest Grove, OR in 1999. He was a member of Optometric Honor Society-Beta Sigma Kappa.

Dr. Lach is a member of the American Optometric Association and South Central Minnesota Optometric Society.  He is also a member and past president of the Minnesota Optometric Association.

Dr. Eiselt was born in Madelia, MN. She graduated with a B.S. in Biology from South Dakota State University and received her Doctorate of Optometry from Indiana University. She joined Carlson Tillisch Eye Clinic in 2008.

Dr. Eiselt completed clinical externships at the VA Medical Center in Huntington, WV, River Valley Vision Center in Northfield, MN, Indianapolis Eye Care Center in Indianapolis, IN, and Atwater Eye Care and Community Eye Care Centers in Bloomington, IN. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, Minnesota Optometric Association and South Central Minnesota Optometric Society.

She lives in North Mankato with her husband Patrick and son Brady. She enjoys entertaining family and friends and gardening.

Dr. Boyle was born in Fairmont, MN. She graduated Cum Laude from Winona State University with a degree in Biology in 2003. She graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry, Chicago, IL in 2007. In 2011, Dr. Boyle joined the team of optometrists at the Carlson-Tillisch Eye Clinic.

Dr. Boyle completed her clinical externships at Mayo Clinic Health Systems in Albert Lea, MN, Kehoe Eyecare in Galesburg, IL, the Illinois Eye Institute in Chicago, IL and the VA Medical Center in Hot Springs, SD. She has an article published in the Clinical and Surgical Journal of Ophthalmology on Pterygium management. She is also a member of the American Optometric Association, the Minnesota Optometric Association and is currently the president of the South Central Society Optometric Society.

Dr. Boyle lives in Mankato with her husband, Justin, and son Collin. Her hobbies include boating, reading, spending time with her family and renovating her current home (she comes up with the "ideas" and her husband does the renovating part!)
